The author gives step by step instructions on what you need to do to get rid of the main cause of your Tinnitus. It is very easy to keep track of your progress if you use the checklists and charts that are provided in the book. This is a natural program that does not require prescription drugs or painful surgery. He also explains all of the theories and myths about this complex problem, and describes why they are myths. He makes a very good argument that you can stop ringing in ears.

My experience?

It took about 2 weeks of following the program, before I started to notice some subtle improvement. Up until that point I was wondering if this thing was going to do me any good at all, and I was getting a little bit discouraged. But, when I noticed that little bit of improvement, I got really excited, and that’s when things started to speed up a bit. That’s also when I started to feel really good overall – I mean physically. In fact I think this program would probably help anyone, even if they don’t have ringing ears. Now, my hearing is back to normal and I feel great physically.
